Important Update

  • Due to session allocation and publication schedules, accepted abstract presenters must complete their registration, including full payment of the registration fee.
  • Please be aware that if presenter fail to register by June 28, 2026 (23:59 KST) their abstract(s) will be withdrawn from the Symposium Program & Abstract Book.

  • 9:16 portrait ratio (Recommended resolution: 1080 × 1920 pixels).
  • E-Posters will be displayed on 55-inch monitors in the poster zone.

Poster Layout & Structure
  • The poster should be organized in a standard academic format and include the following contents:
    • - Header: Project title, author(s)' name(s), affiliation(s), and country.
    • - Main Body: We recommend structuring the content with standard sections such as Background/Aims, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
    • - Visual Elements: Use clear figures, tables, graphs, or illustrations to enhance readability and support your key findings.
File Upload Deadline
  • August 20 (Thu), 2026 (23:59 KST)
  • If you need to revise your poster after submission, please re-upload the updated file via the submission link by the upload deadline and notify the secretariat at abstract@apkass2026korea.org.
Presenter Notes
  • Include your COI (Conflict of Interest) on the first slide; this will be displayed before your presentation begins.
