- On the abstract submission page, you can select your presentation type: ‘Oral Presentation’, ‘E-Poster’, or ‘Either Oral Presentation or E-Poster’.
- The Scientific Committee will decide on the final presentation type of the accepted abstract.

Abstract Submission Process
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The abstract should describe original and unpublished research related to conference.
- All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website ONLY.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that their abstracts are free of typographical and grammatical errors. No edits or corrections will be permitted after the submission deadline.
- The reviewers will judge the abstracts according to scientific, translational or clinical value, relevance to APKASS 2026 Korea & ICKAS 2026, conclusions
confirmed by objective results, objectivity of statements, originality of work and overall impression.
- Abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book only if the presenting author is registered with full payment by the deadline for the registration.

Notice of Acceptance
- The presenting author and corresponding author will be notified via the e-mail address provided during submission regarding whether their abstract has
been accepted.
- The notification will include the presentation type and instructions on how to submit the presentation materials.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- A conflict of interest occurs when an individual’s objectivity may be potentially compromised by a desire for financial gain, prominence, professional advancement, or a successful outcome.
- The APKASS 2026 Korea & ICKAS 2026 Organizing Committee strives to ensure that all content associated with the meeting is as balanced, objective, and evidence-based as possible.
- Since it can be difficult to distinguish between an actual conflict of interest and a perceived conflict of interest, authors are required to disclose any and all potential conflicts of interest.
- If there are any conflicts of interest, please disclose them at the time of abstract submission.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
- You can withdraw your abstract in ‘My Page’ before the abstract submission deadline.
- If you would like to withdraw an abstract after the abstract submission deadline, please email the Secretariat(abstract@apkass2026korea.org).
- All abstract presenters with accepted abstracts are required to complete the registration and pay the applicable registration fee by the specified deadline.
- Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the automatic withdrawal of their abstract.
- The designated date for registration completion will be announced in the acceptance notice.
